If your product arrives damaged or differs from your custom specifications, we offer a comprehensive resolution process to ensure your satisfaction.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging if there is a defect.

  Review and Approval

  Our quality assurance team will review your claim to verify manufacturing errors or shipping damage to provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Secure Packaging

  Once approved, place the item back in its original, discreet shipping crate ensuring all accessories and protective layers are securely included.

• 4.
  Refund or Replacement

  After we receive and inspect the returned item at our facility, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or begin production on your replacement.
